About the Project

Turning stages into experiences people never forget

Over years of working in event production, I have built a body of stage designs ranging from university concerts to major festivals. Every stage is a blank canvas where concept, structure and light have to work together — and where a mistake is visible to thousands of people at once. This project brings together the main art direction and scenography work I have coordinated or conceived.

We designed 380 signage elements spread across 45,000m², using Corten steel and LED to create a wayfinding experience that is functional, accessible and aesthetically striking.

How we build a stage

01
Concept & Briefing

Immersion in the world of the event, artist or brand to craft a stage concept that amplifies the narrative — before a single technical line is drawn.

02
Design & Coordination

Development of the stage's visual design, coordinating with structure, lighting and LED teams to ensure the concept translates into execution.

03
Build & Delivery

On-site oversight of the build, lighting sign-offs and final detailing — making sure the stage looks exactly as imagined before showtime.
